Major Responsibilities:
1、Design and execute supply chain operations to support the business plan and operation cost effectively in the daily operations;
2、Lead the S&OP process to provide strong integration of demand and supply within the organization; proactively manage trade-off between inventory and service levels;
3、Effectively builds consensus at all levels of the organization by presenting alignment of the demand forecast and stock keeping policy with the region’s strategic direction and financial objectives;
4、Responsible for the management of the logistics operations to ensure the on time delivery and satisfy the customer requirement while minimum logistics cost;
5、Work with and interface with Sales and Marketing leaders to assess and understand respective needs in order to develop effective functional solutions;
6、Coordinate with purchase team to design the purchase strategy and ensure the on time delivery from supplier side;
7、Collaborate with the teams to optimize the process and system to support continuous improvement plan;
8、Lead the Supply Chain talent development process and agenda, ensuring that the team is building capabilities to meet short, medium, and long term talent needs.
Qualifications:
1、Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in supply chain with bachelor above degree in the engineering or supply chain majors;
2、Well-developed cost and business capability and an excellent understanding of the impact of supply chain costs;
3、Proactively builds and maintains a collaborative and open communication channel with the top management;
4、Can work independently; ability and familiarity to work in a matrix organization with different internal and external stakeholders;
5、A problem-solving, commercial orientation and a can do attitude, with a non-political, fact-driven approach. Feels at ease in an environment of change and development;
6、Excellent presentation skill is a must.
